How We Fulfill Orders

ReclaimParts is an online retailer of used OEM auto parts. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our US-based salvage yard partner facilities. We do not operate a physical warehouse — parts ship to you from the salvage yard holding that specific item.

US Domestic Orders Only. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

Total estimated delivery is 4–10 business days from order placement. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via standard ground carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on part size, weight, and the fulfilling salvage location. Carrier selection is made at the time of dispatch and cannot be specified at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, contact us at support@reclaimparts.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please photograph any damaged packaging before unpacking the part. This is required to support a carrier damage claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Once a shipping label has been generated, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process will apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
