By accessing or placing an order on reclaimparts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.

1. About ReclaimParts

ReclaimParts is an online retailer of used OEM auto parts operating at reclaimparts.com. We source and sell pre-owned, genuine OEM parts recovered from US-based salvage facilities. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our US salvage yard partners.

We sell exclusively to customers in the contiguous United States.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Orders placed on this site constitute a commercial transaction and are subject to these terms.

3. Product Listings and Condition

All parts sold by ReclaimParts are used OEM parts unless otherwise explicitly stated. Parts are sourced from salvage vehicles and may show normal signs of wear consistent with prior use and vehicle age.

Product listings include fitment information for reference. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific vehicle — including year, make, model, trim, and OEM part number — before placing an order. ReclaimParts is not liable for parts ordered for an incorrect fitment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time of order placement.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorise ReclaimParts to charge the full order amount including any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a guaranteed contract of sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• The part is no longer available or has been sold
• Errors in product description or pricing
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
• Inability to verify payment or shipping information

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from US-based fulfillment partners. Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days from order placement. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Return authorisation is required before shipping any item back.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReclaimParts provides used OEM parts as-is. We are not liable for:

• Vehicle damage, personal injury, or consequential losses arising from the installation or use of any part purchased from us
• Labour costs associated with the installation or removal of any part
• Incompatibility resulting from incorrect fitment information provided by the buyer
• Delays in shipping caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control

Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the purchase price of the part in question.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Used OEM parts are sold without any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in our product listings. Any warranty offered is limited to what is described on the product listing page and does not extend to consequential or incidental damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on reclaimparts.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ReclaimParts. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

Vehicle manufacturer names and logos referenced in product listings are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for fitment identification purposes. ReclaimParts has no affiliation with any vehicle manufacturer.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
